At Indiana University, geographers specializing in Food and Agriculture research examine farming choices, food policies, consumer preferences, nutrition access, food system management, and culinary traditions. Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, our Food and Agriculture initiative aims to deepen knowledge about food production and consumption patterns, global food network operations, and ways to enhance the system's sustainability and equity.
