Graduate students from diverse backgrounds and institutions worldwide enroll in our program, bringing academic experiences ranging from major universities to intimate liberal arts colleges. They engage in coursework spanning various classical studies subjects, join thought-provoking activities, and exchange ideas with classmates about key issues in the field. With our intentionally small cohort size, we provide personalized guidance to prepare students for academic and teaching careers. We firmly believe classics scholars should directly engage with ancient Greek and Roman sites, actively supporting summer abroad programs and archaeological fieldwork opportunities. Competitive funding is available to assist with summer study abroad expenses.
