The University provides a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in anthropology, equipping students for diverse career paths such as roles in museums, foundations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and cultural resource management companies. This program also serves as strong groundwork for advanced academic pursuits.
The Anthropology Program emphasizes the connections between humans and their surroundings, covering topics like human adaptation, evolutionary origins, and environmental impacts.
The curriculum features a core set of required anthropology classes along with optional courses in anthropology and related disciplines. This elective flexibility allows students to customize their studies to align with professional aspirations. The program also encourages completing a minor.

Numerous clubs and events foster networking among students and industry professionals. Campus groups include Gamma Theta Upsilon (Kappa Nu Chapter), the Anthropology Club, and the Environmental Club. The department also organizes frequent special events throughout the year.
