The accelerated Bachelor of Architecture/Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management program allows architecture undergraduates to earn both degrees in as little as six years. This combined program reduces total credit requirements while offering greater scheduling options, letting students pursue their master's alongside their bachelor's studies. Undergraduate financial aid can often be applied to the graduate portion of this accelerated track.

Building upon the core B.ARCH. curriculum, the M.ENG. in construction engineering and management equips students with practical skills for the construction industry. The program covers project planning, cost estimation, contract administration, site organization, equipment management, productivity analysis, construction optimization, real estate development planning, and legal considerations in the field.
