Secure professional employment as versatile, highly skilled electronics technicians qualified to work across diverse electronics sectors. Function effectively as team members in the electronics industry by applying written, verbal, and digital communication abilities. Design, implement, maintain, diagnose, and fix equipment and circuits incorporated in audio, video, telecommunications, laser, robotics, industrial electronics with embedded systems, and pulsed electronic systems. Finish projects, create project summaries including written and oral presentations, and recognize and resolve potential financial, ethical, and societal issues. Persist in broadening their expertise and staying updated in a rapidly evolving field. Required courses will be delivered in consecutive instructional blocks. Students must successfully finish each course before advancing in the program. If a student fails any mathematics, theory, or laboratory course, they must retake it and achieve a passing grade to proceed. Students must leave the program and address deficiencies through Technical General Education or other suitable approaches. They may then retake the course when the next program slot becomes available.

Qualification Requirements

Freshman applicants must submit official secondary school mark sheets and diploma. Mailed documents must be originals or copies certified by the school principal or controller of examinations and sealed in a school envelope. Documents not in English must be translated by a certified translator. Official transcripts are also accepted by email if sent directly from the school principal or registrar. Students who do not meet minimum English proficiency requirements may apply for conditional admission, during which time they will need to be enrolled in an intensive English program, such as ISU’s IEI program, in preparation for full-time academic study at ISU. Have graduated from a high school or secondary school with satisfactory grades, received a diploma or certificate of graduation, and be eligible for admission to a major university in the country from which they graduated. Students must earn a C- or better in all RCET courses to progress in the program and graduate. An accumulative 2.0 GPA is required for graduation. TOEFL – iBT 61, Paper – 500, Computer – 173, IELTS - 5.5 overall score OR a minimum 5.0 in ALL subscores
