The Economics Undergraduate Program works in close collaboration with different sections of the Economics Department to maintain academic excellence, aligning with the Department's and University's mission and objectives. Guided by the Economics Department Chair, the Undergraduate Studies Director oversees: - Structuring, enhancing, and administering the Economics Undergraduate Program. Creating and sharing curriculum details about major requirements, along with minor options within the Department, the College of Arts and Sciences, and other Howard University Schools. Coordinating and overseeing academic and non-academic initiatives that support a robust undergraduate education. The Undergraduate Program Director collaborates effectively with other Department leaders and committees, ensuring seamless coordination that prevents overlaps and strengthens the Department's comprehensive educational offerings.
