HPU's MSW program prioritizes building cultural awareness skills, particularly relevant to Hawaii's multicultural population. The MSW-Advanced Generalist Practice requires 57 credits, while the Advanced Standing option consists of 30 credits. Our program follows an advanced generalist approach with a specialization in culturally responsive social work. Additionally, we provide specialized training in military social work and veterans services through five dedicated courses and practical placements in related settings.
