This degree program aims to equip future researchers with the skills needed to tackle global health and population challenges worldwide. Its goal is to enhance health research and alleviate disease burdens, particularly among disadvantaged communities globally. Alumni of this program play a key role in enhancing worldwide health outcomes and solving demographic issues. They possess the analytical and technical expertise to approach health and population challenges from multiple academic viewpoints. Students develop advanced capabilities in theoretical frameworks, practical applications, problem-solving techniques, and diverse quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Career paths include policy development, public health program assessment, and scholarly research. Graduates participate in health research initiatives across government bodies, non-profits, corporate organizations, and universities. The GHP SM2 Program is exclusively available for full-time enrollment, with no part-time options offered.
On entry, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Many accepted students already hold advanced degrees in medicine or a social science discipline.
English Language Scores: TOEFL test with a minimum IBT score of 100 with a minimum of 25 in the writing section and no less than 23 in the remaining 3 sections (listening, reading, and speaking). Application Deadline: December 01.
