The Master in Real Estate (MRE) is a one-year graduate program designed for professionals looking to enhance conventional real estate expertise while exploring how thoughtfully planned developments can positively impact urban spaces, communities, and sustainability across global cities.
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification. Preference is given to those with two-plus years of work experience in real estate or allied disciplines (urban planning, architecture, landscape design, etc.). Need-based financial aid options exist. The cohort typically consists of approximately 35 participants.

Qualification Requirements

You are required to submit transcripts from all colleges and universities from which you've received credit. The MRE program prefers that its applicants have two or more years of experience in real estate or related fields (related fields include, for example, planning and design professions). The preferred total TOEFL iBT score is 104 or above, with individual section scores of 26 or above. The minimum required TOEFL iBT total score is 92, with the following minimum section requirements: reading, 23; speaking, 23; listening, 23; writing, 23. If TOEFL iBT is not available, and the paper-based TOEFL is taken, applicants must achieve a minimum total score of 577 and a minimum of 57 on each section. A score of 600 is preferred, with individual section scores of 60.
