The Earth and Planetary Sciences (EPS) department offers research and coursework spanning diverse scientific fields, technological advancements, and practical applications for environmental and economic initiatives. Students engage with cutting-edge tools and technologies, advanced computational modeling of planetary processes, and fieldwork in demanding environments. By integrating biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, mathematics, and Earth sciences, the EPS program equips students to tackle today's most urgent challenges. Understanding humanity's impact on Earth's atmosphere, oceans, landforms, and ecosystems has become critically important.
