The Associate in Science Transfer-Track 2 Major Related Program in Computer and Electrical Engineering degree includes foundational general education courses for first- and second-year students, designed to equip those aiming to transfer into science-focused university programs. This program provides the comprehensive foundation necessary before advancing to specialized upper-level coursework. While it doesn't fulfill General Education/University (GER/GUR) requirements, it enables prospective transfer students to enter state universities with junior-level standing, both in credit hours and major-specific preparation.

To obtain this degree, students must complete 98 quarter credits from the approved course list (100-level or higher) while meeting specific distribution criteria. A maximum of 25% of credits can be earned through pass/no-credit options. Note that pass-graded courses might not count toward major requirements. Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and complete at least 24 credits at Green River College, including some 200-level courses in their academic plan.
