Our AAS programs are rigorous transfer-focused curricula that cover the initial two years of a four-year bachelor's degree. Graduates from our department can either launch their careers in creative professions or smoothly transition into their preferred BFA program. The AAS curriculum starts with solid foundational classes, progresses to advanced art and design coursework, and integrates liberal arts studies to form a well-rounded, competitive educational experience. Our concentrated two-year Graphic Design/Illustration Associate Degree program, rooted in a close community, delivers essential elements of the Pratt education through an intensive transfer-focused approach. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for admission to all of Pratt Institute's undergraduate programs.
A minimum TOEFL 71 (Internet-based test or Home Edition); TOEFL ITP Plus, a 550 is required. The required IELTS or IELTS Indicator score is 6. The required PTE is 48.
