Rooted in Jesuit values and nursing heritage, our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program for pre-licensure students centers your training on community engagement, thoughtful reflection, servant leadership, and social equity. The program teaches you to enhance wellness, treat patients with both short-term and long-term health conditions, and provide crucial support to patients and their loved ones during challenging times. Our curriculum is structured around Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS), an interdisciplinary model that progressively develops your competencies through interconnected learning experiences. Throughout your educational path, you'll advance from addressing straightforward healthcare situations to managing intricate cases involving individuals, families, and diverse communities within complex healthcare systems. Graduates emerge prepared to practice nursing with strong leadership qualities, professional integrity, clear communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, skilled, and ethical patient care.
