The Associate in Arts Degree for Transfer in Art History introduces students to art history as a universal language of expression. The program covers diverse artistic mediums such as painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, architecture, and graphic arts, among others. Coursework emphasizes developing comprehension of visual communication by examining artworks within their cultural, social, political, economic, and religious contexts across different historical periods.
