Students pursuing the J.D./M.P.P. dual degree must fulfill all academic requirements for both the Juris Doctor and Master of Public Policy programs. Upon successful completion, participants will receive both degrees along with a Joint Program Certificate. The combined program entails earning 115 credit hours total - comprising 76 credits from Law Center courses and 39 credits from M.P.P. studies, with 9 credits from each program counting toward the other degree. Participants must meet all graduation criteria for both programs while maintaining at least a 3.00/4.00 GPA in the M.P.P. curriculum and the minimum required GPA for the J.D. program.
