The Ph.D. program welcomes applications each year for Fall semester enrollment, with no Spring intake currently available. Applicants can pursue the Ph.D. either before or after obtaining a master's degree. Qualified Ph.D. candidates receive five years of financial assistance covering tuition, health coverage, and a stipend through teaching or research positions. This Computer Science doctoral program equips graduates for academic research and teaching roles, as well as technical and research positions in industry and government sectors. Faculty expertise spans diverse fields including algorithms, AI, bioinformatics, cybersecurity, database systems, data analysis, distributed computing, information systems, machine intelligence, language processing, networking, unconventional parallel processing, and parallel algorithm design.
