The Philosophy Department provides two dual-degree programs for undergraduates. These pathways enable students to earn a graduate degree faster by taking nine graduate-level credits during their undergraduate studies.

Participants can select between the standard BA or the public affairs BA, pairing it with the MA in Public Policy specializing in Philosophy and Social Policy (commonly called the MA in Philosophy and Social Policy). Beyond philosophy courses, the program includes interdisciplinary classes from various GW departments.
