This program focuses on expanding the concept of security beyond traditional national defense, fostering a broader perspective on human security across various dimensions such as: nourishment and healthcare (starvation and contagious illnesses), ecological protection (catastrophic weather events and global warming), and financial stability (economic growth). The curriculum explores these topics and more, incorporating insights from political science, social studies, law enforcement studies, ecological research and governance, among other disciplines. Participants will develop knowledge about the root causes of global instability in the modern era.
