Arts Administration explores the vibrant intersection of nonprofit leadership and cultural institutions across various sectors. As Florida's pioneering program in this field, Florida State University's (FSU) Art Education Department has been granting Arts Administration degrees since 1984. Beyond the Master's program, we provide doctoral options including a Ph.D. and Ed.D in Art Education with an Arts Administration specialization. Committed to our purpose, we strive to prepare future arts leaders through comprehensive education in both practical and ethical aspects of arts management. The Arts Administration/Art program operates under the College of Fine Arts' Art Education Department and welcomes applicants with undergraduate backgrounds in Art, Arts Education, Arts Administration, or Performing Arts.
