Our Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Sciences equips students to become effective leaders and industrial-organizational psychology professionals capable of developing strategies that enhance workplace productivity and organizational performance. Qualification Requirements

GPA: 3.0 in the last two years of undergraduate study.
GRE (Optional): Scores on the verbal, quantitative and writing sections of the GRE General Test, taken within the previous five years, are required of all applicants. There is no minimum score required.
Applicant Statement/Letter of Intent: A brief essay stating reasons for interest in the program and career goals.
Letters of Recommendation: Three (3) letters evaluating the applicant's potential for graduate work. Applicants are required to provide at least one letter of recommendation from a professor or academic source.
