The Department of Finance collaborates with Florida International University's Hollo School of Real Estate, part of the Alvah H. Chapman Jr. Graduate School of Business, to offer a combined degree program. This initiative allows students to earn both a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) simultaneously. By leveraging shared faculty, courses, and resources, the program enables students to complete both degrees in a shorter timeframe compared to pursuing them separately.
