The Department of Landscape Architecture, Environmental and Urban Design cultivates fundamental expertise, techniques, and competencies essential for landscape architecture, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions. We aim to train professionals capable of guiding communities toward improved living standards through thoughtful, visually appealing, and eco-conscious environmental design.
Landscape Architecture equips students for both academic inquiry and professional application, concentrating on assessing, planning, creating, and overseeing natural and constructed spaces in warm-climate settings. Our mission is to develop leaders who can elevate community well-being through balanced, attractive, and enduring physical environment solutions.
