The Doctor of Philosophy in Earth Systems Science program provides multiple specialization options in Geosciences or Natural Resource Science and Management. Faculty and student research primarily focuses on South Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin American regions.
Spanning atmospheric, earth, and environmental sciences, our program delivers practical training in both field and lab methodologies, along with guidance in policy development and management strategies.
