Our Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program provides comprehensive education in scientifically studying human behavior. The curriculum incorporates contemporary psychological science through research-focused coursework and covers emerging areas like childhood psychological disorders, eco-psychology, and forensic psychology.
The Applied Behavior Analysis concentration prepares students to implement behavioral principles across various socially important contexts, particularly when assisting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental challenges. Graduates of the ABA track will fulfill the academic prerequisites for the BCaBA certification exam, though additional supervised experience is required (details available at BACB.com).
This track is particularly valuable for students planning advanced studies in behavior analysis, as it enhances graduate school applications. Through the capstone seminar, participants gain practical experience by designing full intervention plans, equipping them with the skills to deliver professional, ethically sound behavioral therapies upon entering the field.
