Our English Bachelor's program provides specialized courses in literature, writing and rhetoric, creative writing, and linguistics. Graduates can advance to master's or doctoral studies or embark on careers in writing, education, journalism, and beyond.
The English major equips students with critical reading skills, creative thinking, clear writing, and effective communication. Their studies offer both a worldview and foundational knowledge. All majors complete a 12-credit core before choosing a specialization: Literature, Writing and Rhetoric, Creative Writing, or Linguistics.
