The communication field encompasses experts who craft news and informational content for public dissemination (including marketing and PR professionals) alongside those who distribute this content (such as reporters, content creators, and presenters). Master's programs in global strategic communication prepare students for these diverse roles by blending theoretical knowledge with practical document creation across multiple formats.

Florida Tech's global strategic communication degree emphasizes research-driven writing, scholarly publications, formal reports, and proposals. Students refine skills in editing technical, scientific, and business documents, produce professional-grade publications, and develop problem-solving abilities through team-based communication projects.

The program fosters a dynamic learning atmosphere where students collaborate closely with professors and classmates. Curriculum spans comprehensive communication disciplines, with students engaging in various projects. Through Career Management Services, they access internship options to build practical experience and strengthen their professional portfolios. Participants may opt for either a conventional research thesis or a design project addressing real-world challenges in business, government, or education sectors.
