Physics explores natural phenomena across all scales, from the tiniest particles to the cosmic expanse. At Florida Tech, our physics program equips you with practical knowledge and experience whether you're drawn to antimatter research, laser technology innovation, or pioneering sustainable energy solutions.
Our physics students develop essential scientific abilities through small class sizes and close faculty mentorship. This supportive setting effectively prepares graduates for scientific careers in both academic and industrial settings. Under faculty guidance, students gain hands-on experience conducting experiments, communicating findings, and contributing to all research phases - from experimental design and setup to data gathering and interpretation.
