Crafted to cultivate future business leaders equipped to address global challenges, the Management major offers two specialized paths: Leadership and Applied Management, along with Entrepreneurship. Those pursuing the Leadership track gain expertise in human resources and management, progressively taking on greater responsibilities to build high-performing teams in today's complex corporate landscape. Effective leaders create strategic frameworks, operational plans, and governance policies that steer business teams toward both immediate and long-term success. They accomplish this by skillfully aligning people, finances, and resources to meet organizational goals. Students choosing the Entrepreneurship track receive personalized guidance while acquiring essential skills for launching their own ventures or contributing to startup environments. As key drivers of employment opportunities, entrepreneurs play a vital economic role. Aspiring business owners will find exceptional value in this comprehensive program. The university further supports entrepreneurial ambitions through resources like the Adams Center For Entrepreneurship and FAU's Research Park. Both academic tracks allow students to pursue complementary majors or minors in their chosen fields.
