Biology bachelor's degrees offer adaptability for students exploring cross-disciplinary fields like environmental science and education, as well as those aiming to become professional biologists in academic, corporate, or government roles, or careers in medical, dental, or veterinary fields. The B.A. program is designed to offer the greatest adaptability for students focusing on interdisciplinary studies such as environmental science or high school education. Students who meet the Florida Board of Governors requirements for college readiness through SAT or ACT section scores in Verbal/Reading and English sections may be academically qualified for admission to FAU and exempt from English Proficiency exams. Students MUST meet the minimum qualifications for each section score of at least one test:
