In today's world, organizations serve as the driving force behind technological advancement and social change, the building blocks of professional paths, and the cornerstones of societal variety. Organizational studies represent a frontier in social science research - an interdisciplinary pursuit incorporating insights from psychology, sociology, political science, and economics. The Organization & Management (O&M) program equips students for academic careers focused on research and instruction across three primary domains: organizational theory, economic sociology, and behavioral studies of organizations. The O&M doctoral program enables students to bridge theory with real-world application, conduct groundbreaking research, and develop their pedagogical abilities.
