The School Library Professional certification enables eligible candidates with a master's degree from an accredited institution and a current Tennessee teaching license to complete 24 credit hours of approved coursework. This fulfills the state's licensure requirements for the School Library Specialist #473 endorsement. Since courses follow a specific sequence and may be offered annually, students must successfully finish all classes in each term before progressing to the next.
