Qualification Requirements
A bachelors degree from an accredited US college or university or international equivalent
Completion of one year each of general biology chemistry physics and organic chemistry with laboratories and grades of C or above
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be competitive
MCAT or GRE scores see Standardized Test Scores below We also accept competitive scores for the DAT for dental applicants or OAT for optometry applicants
A demonstrated commitment to medicine and research
Applications are welcomed from international students that have earned their bachelors degree from Drexel University

Provide official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended International transcripts have to be evaluated by a member of NACES
Standardized Test Scores
Official test scores from graduate and professional admission exams such as the Medical College Admission Test MCAT are required Successful applicants typically have a traditional MCAT score above 27 an overall score of 500 or better on the new MCAT or a GRE score of 152 or above in verbal 153 or above in quantitative and 40 in writing
TOEFL scores are required for international applicants or applicants who earned a degree outside the US minimum scores 100 or 600 or 250 Scores will be reviewed based on section scores and total scores
