The tech landscape and your future career opportunities are advancing at breakneck pace. While website design or programming used to be straightforward paths, today's environment both provides and requires more. To truly thrive in technology and digital media, you must cultivate creativity, adaptability, and a cross-disciplinary approach. You'll need to adopt the user's perspective and grasp projects from conception to completion. You'll need to become that rare, multifaceted professional.
During your first year, you'll master design fundamentals. In your second year, you'll acquire the coding and development skills to transform those designs into reality. Your junior and senior years concentrate on specialized electives and collaborative, interdisciplinary work. Through Drexel's Cooperative Education (co-op) program, you'll complete a six-month full-time position with a company. Your culminating senior project will involve launching a comprehensive, professional-grade product.
Upon completing this program, you'll possess hands-on experience, an impressive portfolio, and the versatile skills needed to navigate technology's unpredictable, constantly changing world.
