Alongside these foundational courses, students complete two semesters of general chemistry and a statistics course, ideally during their first year. Starting sophomore year, students can select from diverse course options tailored to their specific interests. Intermediate and advanced electives provide exploration opportunities across various biological disciplines such as Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Neuroscience, Organismal Studies, and Ecological Systems.
