Students aiming for careers in global institutions need specialized knowledge of how public and nonprofit organizational frameworks and management practices differ internationally. This focus highlights the interconnected nature of government agencies and NGOs while tackling diverse challenges in management, ethics, and policy. DePaul University's Master of Public Administration (MPA) program trains future public service leaders to promote social justice and serve communities, embodying the values of St. Vincent de Paul. Designed for both current public sector employees and those entering the field, the MPA provides comprehensive training in governance at all levels - local, state, national, and global. The program features six campus-based specializations: public management, emergency management, healthcare administration, international public management, standard, and metropolitan planning/urban affairs. Four concentrations are available in the online MPA format: public management, emergency management, standard, and metropolitan planning/urban affairs.
