DePaul's Industrial-Organizational Psychology MA/PhD program offers comprehensive training in psychological principles and research methods. As a graduate student in I-O Psychology, you'll work alongside faculty mentors to create and execute innovative research projects that advance the discipline. The curriculum covers key areas including motivation, leadership development, training techniques, performance evaluation, organizational dynamics, and consulting practices. Students can pursue additional focus areas through electives in communication, business administration, marketing strategies, or gender studies. This combined degree program leads directly to a PhD (the MA is an intermediate step), with daytime courses available at the Lincoln Park Campus. Most students finish the program within four years.
