The doctoral program in Educational Leadership explores the human, organizational, political, social, and technological aspects of educational systems. Earning an EdD in Educational Leadership prepares you to champion equitable leadership and drive educational change across local, regional, and national contexts. Evening classes meet in person at the Lincoln Park Campus, with degree completion possible in slightly over three years. The EdD program offers three specialization paths:
General Concentration
This foundational track equips students to evaluate administrative approaches, particularly in PK-12 settings, with flexible full-time or part-time enrollment options.
Global Catholic Educational Leadership (GCEL)
Designed for future leaders in Catholic education, this online concentration addresses unique challenges in Catholic institutions while fostering advocacy for educational reform and social justice.
Higher Education
Tailored for postsecondary settings, this concentration develops skills for leadership, administration, policy-making, or management roles in colleges and universities.
