The combined Bachelor's and Master's degree options enable students to earn 12 graduate credits during their undergraduate studies. These credits apply toward both degree programs simultaneously. The TEACH Program integrates an undergraduate Chemistry major (or related discipline) from the College of Science and Health with a Master of Education from the College of Education, culminating in both a BS degree and an MEd with Illinois Secondary Chemistry Certification. Applications are accepted in junior year spring, requiring enrollment in TCH 320 (Junior Year Experiential Learning) and meeting additional requirements like completing 16 DePaul quarter credits with a 3.0 GPA. Seniors must take the TEACH capstone course (TCH 390) plus three dual-counting 400-level courses for their degrees.
