The Psychology Department aims to equip students with knowledge of both scientific and practical psychology approaches. Classroom teaching serves as our fundamental method for achieving this objective. Our curriculum spans diverse psychological fields, with certain classes incorporating lab sessions dedicated to experimental and statistical studies. An increasing number of these courses are now available in fully online or hybrid (combined online and in-person) formats. Additional educational experiences include fieldwork, the Honors Program, hands-on learning initiatives, independent research projects, and internship opportunities. Through our Internship Program, students can earn academic credit while gaining supervised work experience at various locations, including human service agencies, community organizations, and corporate environments.
