The Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies (B.S. URS) program equips students with the analytical perspective, expertise, and practical abilities to comprehend cities in their full complexity, vibrancy, and magnificence while tackling modern urban challenges. With its intimate scale (approximately 25-30 annual graduates), the program fosters close collaboration between students and faculty. United by scholarly pursuits, professors and students engage in mutual learning both during coursework and beyond. URS courses explore how diverse socioeconomic factors transform urban landscapes, examine the real-world implications of these shifts, and investigate collaborative approaches for creating thriving, eco-friendly, secure, dynamic, and habitable communities through partnerships between residents, organizations, and urban planners.
Students completing their high school during the 2021-22 academic year or if they've graduated from high school but have earned fewer than 12 credits at a college or university are eligible for admission as first year students.
TOEFL - Score of 100 and above (Internet-based exam); 70 and above on the PTE Academic; IELTS - Score of 7.5.
