The Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences (QMSS) program offers a dynamic, adaptable interdisciplinary curriculum centered on quantitative research approaches. This program combines methodologies and viewpoints from six key social science fields: economics, history, political science, psychology, sociology, and statistics. QMSS delivers comprehensive instruction in quantitative analysis, stressing effective communication of research methods and results for real-world applications. These competencies equip QMSS alumni to pursue analytical or research-oriented careers or advance to doctoral studies. Participants in QMSS contribute diverse backgrounds and specialized knowledge to the learning environment. Annually, about 50% of new students come from international backgrounds. Most entrants resume academic pursuits after gaining professional experience, though some transition directly from bachelor's programs. While full-time enrollment is common, some learners balance careers or other commitments by progressing through the program part-time, immediately applying their acquired skills in professional settings.
