Environmental horticulturists create solutions for beautiful, functional, and sustainable outdoor areas. They plan and oversee both private and public landscapes, including golf courses, botanical gardens, and parks. Additionally, they may cultivate business skills to effectively run operations like nurseries, garden centers, tree care services, landscape design firms, or management companies.
