The interdisciplinary graduate program in Materials Science is designed to train students holding a Bachelor of Science in engineering or science across the broad spectrum of Materials Science. This comprehensive field encompasses four core pillars: material properties (covering characterization and modeling), material structures, synthesis and processing techniques, and material performance - all applied to diverse material categories such as metals, ceramics, polymers, electronic materials, and biomaterials. The program oversees both MS (with thesis and non-thesis options) and PhD degrees in Materials Science.
