The Department of Mechanical Engineering provides an accelerated pathway allowing students to complete both a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering within five years. Engineering and engineering technology have consistently served as vital drivers of human progress. At Washkewicz College of Engineering, multiple programs are available for students aspiring to advance global development through engineering and technological innovation. Every undergraduate engineering program holds accreditation from ABET's Engineering Accreditation Commission, the acknowledged accrediting body for programs in applied science, computing, engineering, and technology. The undergraduate electronics engineering technology program is accredited by ABET's Technology Accreditation Commission. For the accelerated five-year Bachelor's/Master's programs mentioned below, only the Bachelor's components maintain ABET accreditation.
