A five-year accelerated program allowing EECS students to obtain both a Bachelor of Electrical or Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (BEE, BCE plus MSEE). Additionally, it provides an accelerated pathway for students to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science along with a Master of Computer and Information Science within five years (BSCS plus MCIS). The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science also features an accelerated option for students to achieve a Bachelor of Electrical or Computer Engineering degree combined with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in five years. Engineering and engineering technology have long served as essential drivers of human advancement. The Washkewicz College of Engineering provides diverse programs for students aspiring to advance global progress through engineering and technology. All undergraduate engineering programs hold accreditation from ABET's Engineering Accreditation Commission, the acknowledged accrediting body for college and university programs in applied science, computing, engineering, and technology. The undergraduate electronics engineering technology program is accredited by ABET's Technology Accreditation Commission. For the accelerated five-year Bachelor's/Master's programs mentioned below, only the Bachelor's components are ABET-accredited.
