The major provides students with a multidisciplinary approach to exploring diverse subjects related to global affairs. International Relations examines how different entities - including nations, international bodies, NGOs, and multinational companies - interact within the global political landscape. This program benefits students pursuing careers with private companies, NGOs, or international organizations that value cross-cultural economic and political understanding. It also prepares students for advanced studies in international fields or entry exams for global service positions. Career paths in International Relations include: Government roles, Research Institutions, International Business, NGOs, CIA positions, Business Ownership, Media, Policy Evaluation, Diplomatic Services, Education, and Strategic Planning.
If you have successfully completed your high school degree (12 years of primary and secondary education), you are considered an undergraduate student at CSU.
Meet minimum test score requirements:
TOEFL iBT (Internet-Based): 78 and at least 17 in each section
TOEFL PBT (Paper-Based): 550
IELTS: 6.0 and at least 5.0 in each section
PTE (Pearsons Test of English): 50
iTEP: 3.8
ACT English Score: 20
SAT Critical Reading Score: 470
