The BAMA in Environmental Studies program enables students to earn both a BA and MA in Environmental Studies from the Levin College of Urban Affairs within five years - one year faster than the typical six-year timeline for full-time students. Exceptional undergraduates can apply to this accelerated program during their junior year. Upon acceptance, they begin graduate-level coursework in their senior year, followed by a transition term. The remaining MA requirements can then be completed in two full-time graduate semesters. This intensive five-year dual-degree pathway is tailored for top-performing Environmental Studies undergraduates, allowing them to quickly launch careers in environmental management, planning, and related professional fields.
