The Bachelor of Science curriculum incorporates extra foundational and higher-level classes in mathematics and science, whereas the Bachelor of Arts program requires a four-term language course in a contemporary language. Students can choose from three specialization tracks: community studies, general sociology, or social services. As a sociology student, you'll explore subjects like socioeconomic stratification and inequality, racial and cultural dynamics, gender studies, legal systems, family structures, societal norms, belief systems, academic institutions, and emerging nations.
Organizations frequently recruit sociology graduates for roles involving human interaction in leadership, coordination, executive positions, communications, community support, and analytical work. Our accelerated degree pathway allows eligible sociology undergraduates to simultaneously pursue their master's in social science while completing their bachelor's program.
