Located at the dynamic crossroads of cultural analysis, digital media, critical thought, and mainstream culture, the expanding discipline of Media Studies explores the innovative and analytical approaches of media audiences, creators, artists, and academics, centering on issues of portrayal, influence, innovation, governance, and commerce. The Media Studies program is delivered in collaboration with The Claremont Colleges' Intercollegiate Media Studies (IMS) initiative. Our program enables you to craft a personalized curriculum within the rapidly evolving realm of Media Studies, encompassing diverse stimulating fields such as cultural and film analysis, digital platforms, visual culture, critical frameworks, contemporary culture, media creation, and art historical studies. Learners investigate the inventive and evaluative methods employed by media users, content developers, artistic practitioners, and researchers.
