The Pre-Architecture Program familiarizes students with architectural forms, historical context, and practical applications while developing essential studio skills. This curriculum prepares undergraduates pursuing advanced architectural studies or those exploring architecture within a broader liberal arts or technical education framework.

Pre-architecture is exclusively available as a secondary major. This dual-major requirement ensures the interdisciplinary approach is balanced with focused specialization. Students earning a Bachelor of Science degree (BS, BSE, or BSN) may use pre-architecture as their primary major when obtaining a BA degree.
